color-3BWconverted: As the party ends and the lights are turned on a dancing couple hugs eachother at a rave called Engage at the Armory in Washington DC in 1999. Earlier that night the police were at the Armory with video cameras tapeing the dance floor. The police said that they were recording drug deals on the dance floor.
